Return & Refund Policy

All sales of ammunition are final. Due to safety regulations and the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any ammunition purchases.

Order Cancellations: Orders may not be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at admin@gordoscartridgeco.com. Cancellation requests are only honored if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@gordoscartridgeco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for ammunition that has been used, altered, or improperly stored. Please ensure all products are legal to purchase and possess in your jurisdiction before ordering.
